Refund Policy

Wallet funds

RuneX wallet funds are account credit for eligible RuneX plugins and are not cash. Because wallet credit is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credited or used.

When we may refund

We may issue a refund for duplicate charges, a payment processed in error, or where required by applicable law. Contact support promptly with the account email, date, and Stripe receipt. Never send full card numbers.

Disputes

Stripe may process refunds and disputes. A refund or chargeback may reverse unused wallet credit and can suspend access while investigated.
