What we collect
RuneX collects information you provide when creating an account, including email address, username, settings, entitlements, wallet records, devices, and community content. We also receive technical information needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, provide the RuneX Dashboard and RuneX App, deliver plugins and updates, process wallet payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Moderation and security records
When a privileged moderation action is taken, RuneX records the responsible account, affected account or content, action, reason, relevant before-and-after values, timestamp, and, when available, technical request context such as IP address, device identifier, and user agent. These restricted records help prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain platform accountability.
Deletion and retention
When a moderator deletes an account, profile, authentication identity, devices, entitlements, community data, and operational records are removed. The minimum wallet, payment, and tax records are retained in a restricted archive for up to 10 years, then deleted.
Service providers
RuneX uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; and Stripe for payment checkout. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
Functional cookies
RuneX uses essential authentication cookies and functional preferences, including sidebar state and forum pagination. These cookies are described in the Cookie Policy and are not used for tracking or advertising.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting RuneX support. Some records may need to be retained where law requires.
